Strong 2018 Atlantic Hurricane Season Predicted

Now, Global Weather Oscillations (GWO) predicts 2018 will result in another year of “above normal” storms out of the Atlantic. NOAA classifies storms using the Accumulated Cyclone Energy (ACE) index.
